Vemma Business Model

Vemma has what is called a dual line compensation plan.  It really is a fairly simple business model.  You as a member work to build two teams- a left team (leg) and a right team (leg).  Your left team or leg is generally going to be your strong side (the side with the most sales) as your upline is going to be helping you build this left leg on an ongoing basis.  You are responsible for building your right or weak leg (the leg with the least number of sales) by signing new members into this leg.  Your upline may place members in your weak leg from time to time in an effort to help you build that line.  But the uplines emphasis will be on the left leg because the upline assist the most people by building that left leg.
